1.1. Quarta-Rad, Inc. built the Radex-M app as a Free app. This Application is provided by Quarta-Rad, Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is. Quarta-Rad, Inc. is henceforth denoted as Company.
1.2. RadexM Wireless data logger, referred further as Application, is a utility software developed as a companion for Company's line of Bluetooth Low Energy environment parameter measurement devices.
1.3. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure
of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Application.
1.4. The use of an Application is subject to the Licensee’s consent to this Policy published on the Company Website.

An Application from Company does not collect, accumulate or process any User-specific Account or Identification information.
The app does not invoke any third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
- Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to introduce amendments to this Policy. A new version of the Policy shall be effective from the time of its publication on the Company's Website. The Licensee shall regularly familiarize itself with new versions of the Policy.
